At La Canasta restaurant we fuse a range of the best homemade, Mediterranean and seafood gastronomic culture with the sole aim of stimulating our diners' five senses.

Our cuisine combines the latest technology with tradition to bring out the flavours while conserving their origin, texture, colours and grandeur. In the same way, we apply our know-how, beliefs and feelings to our service so that when you arrive you can abandon yourself to enjoy the grace of a sea bass, the splendour of a lobster or the humble simplicity of some clams.

We specialise in Mediterranean and seafood cuisine although you will also find some precious examples of country and mountain cooking on our menu.

My name is Miguel Yepes and I am the master of ceremonies at this festival which begins each day when we turn on the lights, you arrive, we serve the wines and allow the aromas and flavour to envelop you.
